Excellent service from first ordering to receiving my vehicle. Their prices are great and they constantly update you with your order progress. Seriously impressed with Vanarama and will be back to lease another vehicle when this one expires.

This is the first time I have purchased a lease vehicle so I was naturally dubious about it all.
The experience with Vanarama had exceeded my expectations with the level of service.
The communication was outstanding and someone has got back to me straight away if I had a query.
The whole process was efficient and with staff were helpful and pleasant.

Order process very easy, financials clearly explained. I purchased the servicing and have yet to try this out but if it's as easy as everything else has been then I will be happy. Car arrived really early on the day but had not been cleaned and was really dusty but a quick wash sorted that out. Very happy, thank you Vanarama.

I'm exceptionally pleased with your service from beginning to the end. The choice of cars was good, and in my opinion, the lease is a reasonable price to pay. All the staff were professional and polite, and the one that stood out was the lady who asked me to call her Aunty Jane.

The van is great and we are very pleased with it however our company chose this vehicle because it was in stock and available for delivery within 7-10 days we needed a van fast due to increased staff levels, however it took six and a half weeks to arrive and the free electric charger still hasn't arrived to this day with no correspondence it's now been 10 weeks I've had to pay for one to be fitted at the office even though it was advertised as part of the deal. The van was also suggested to me by the sales team as it could carry 3 meters of pipe in the back however this is not the case as the vehicle didn't come with the apparently optional load through. This was the second main reason I bought the van. We are a plumbing firm and this causes problems at times. Shouldn't be sold to me as being able to carry something that it cannot.

Returned again to Vanarama for another Tesla. Excellent service again provided by their staff. They continually keep you updated regarding the vehicle delivery.
In addition to offering the best available delivery and competitive price.

Dealt with Tom from Vanarsma and he was an absolute star! Excellent customer service and went the extra mile to get me the best deal possible. I had to change vehicle that I wanted and he took the time to help me to find the best deal possible. Car was delivered at a time that suited me and came without its charger. A charger was sent in just a couple days which was very helpful!

Everything was smooth right from my first enquiry. The colour, timing, and checks all fell into place. I was kept informed each step of the way and was given updates as to the delivery stage of the car.
