I have just bought the Chelsea Eco tote and it is the most perfect shape and size for me. The bag is elegant, well-made and sturdy (in a good way) and despite being all leather it is not too heavy. I had to contact Tustings to change the colour and the customer service was brilliant.

I am extremely excited over my new Tusting purchase through Levenger in the United States! Everything I have read will lead me to having my next purchase directly from Tusting. The quality of the Clipper makes it an instant heirloom.

So my name is Travis from PHX Arizona, USA. I did maybe a month of research before choosing the Piccadilly bag from Tusting. I bought into Tusting more than the bag itself. Tusting has a deeper "why" than just selling product which relates to me. I wanted to have something for years to come that grows with sentimental value. You can clearly tell how special their quality is through the feel, smell and design. They have literally made their owns bags since 1875 which stands on its own platform.

Buy once, cry once. After 9 years of use I'm looking into sending mine in for refurbishment. Seems to be about how long the Clipper lasts before the brass-on-brass hardware wears thin. By the way, I get a lot of compliments on how the bag looks, and I'm in I.T., a profession whose motto is "I'd thank you, but system administration is a thankless job."

Lovely quality bag. Great design, it opens up wide and has a large flat base which is good for folding clothes onto. I chose the small size weekender which fits nicely below the size of a carry on case in capacity. The customer service was excellent.

Having owned Tusting products for a number of years, my trusty bag started to show signs of wear, having been thrown around trains and offices.
Sent it back to them for a repair and came back after a full makeover - looks like a new bag.
