We used Rogers & Norton to represent us during the sale of our small company. Alistair Ponder provided excellent advice, listened to our opinions and was more responsive and efficient than I have known many other solicitors to be. He was often able to meet at short notice and as a result of this and his intent to move things forwards, the sale was completed very promptly and at reasonable cost. I would certainly recommend.

As a Commercial Landlord I used their services to deal with a dispute with a tenant. I was impressed by their professionalism and speed of response. They eventually helped in agreeing an out of court settlement amicably. I would recommend their services in this respect to other landlords.

Filled in online enquiry form requesting quote for a small conveyancing job. Acknowledged saying I would receive a response as soon as possible. After 3 working days, having received no response I called and was told they 'had not got the capacity' - presumably they also hadn't got the time to reply to my enquiry. This was in June 2022 - understandable during covid maybe but not now

I would not recommend these for any solicitor needs!! Me and my Fiancé are buying a house, no chain both sides, just a straight buy with, I would have thought, no worries....but we are now in the 9th Month and still have not signed the papers!
There is no communication given, (which is stated online that they communicate at every step) they GARANTEE completion within 56 days...Well that's bull!
Anyway, they are unprofessional and cause too much stress for us.

Don't even get started on the fact our solicitor is always on annual leave at the same time her assistant is out of office so no cover for 2 weeks at a time sometimes 😑
Poor quality and unprofessional service 🤦‍♀️

Will make sure I tell friends and family not to use them. No apologies or compensation will be given from Rodgers and Norton I expect.

This is the 3rd time I've used R&N, once for a house sale and twice for retrieval of monies owed, which Maria Taylor dealt with. I find her very professional, yet easy to deal with. She kept me up to date and I'm very happy to say that her intervention was successful.
