Wright Hassall LLP

Wright Hassall used to be the best Solicitors in Leamington. Unfortunately this is now most definitely not the case. I don't what's happened but in the last few years the service I have received has been poor. No reply to emails. Don't seem to be able to organise or plan work load. Recently told me they were too short staffed to write a letter! I was threatened with litigation by another solicitor because Wright Hassall did not do their job. Even the complaints 'process' seems to be haphazard. The fact that a partner does not deal with complaints says it all. They are obviously not bothered! Well I'm off to a solicitor that is bothered!

I spoke to a junior on the phone, they were quite helpful and wrote down details. Said they would email me what was discussed and then I could send files and be quoted. I received no email. I can see why this happened after reading the glassdoor reviews

Having been the recent recipient, of a few of their factually incorrect letters with appalling grammar, one of which their business client actually left on my car windscreen. I certainly wouldn’t recommend them.
I have now had the response below. I didn’t say WH left the letter on my car windscreen, the client who you were acting for left your letter on my car windscreen. I also never claimed to be your client and following this I never would be. I can assure you that it was your firm, and your inability to read my review correctly sums up the service you provide.

I suffer with my mental health and have tried to take my own life in the past. This means nothing to them and they keep sending out letters, often of a threatening nature. They also keep trying to up the repayment amount. They never try and talk to you. No personal or human nature from them.
