Very good handling of a challenging sale. This is especially true during Covid-19. Keeley had to deal with furloughed staff and pick up my file whilst someone else had been dealing with it. I have used FJG a number of times now and they have always been calm, professional and responsive. I have to especially thank Keeley who basically kept working on my file whilst she was on holiday. From the moment that Keeley had the file passed to her she took ownership of the problems with the sale. Keeley was professional and supportive throughout. Despite a host of challenges she never lost focus which was hugely appreciated and without her I'm not sure the sale would have completed. As an Estate Agent you need that support and tenacity from your Vendor's solicitor and Keeley had that in spades. Great job.

Avoid at all cost!
We had a straight forward querie regarding our Leasehold Apartment. We put £500 on Account and were given a Trainee Solicitor, Josh. We had to constantly chase for a response. The response when, we did get it, was 5 pages of waffle, which did not answer any of our questions and actually looked like he had Googled the answers. To make matters worse, the Associate Solicitor upheld this when we complained. He did not even want to clarify or discuss any of the points which did not make any sense. Very poor. We reported them to the Law Society

Was provided with a very comprehensive and professional service to write two wills involving an offshore element. They responded promptly to all queries. Would recommend -- and already have!
