Be aware!! They are total fraud and scammers, at first they will take your all the details of your accident, once they have your details they wouldn’t want to know you anymore, I have been waiting for almost one & half year still waiting…… don’t know how long for, They don’t even pick up your call or reply your texts. Please please please ignore this scammers, do not deal with a guy called Gurprit, absolute fraud and full of lies!!!

Can't echo the reviews enough here. Unless you want to claim personal Injury they just string you along. Must have asked me 5-6 times about me claiming for injury aswell as the damage. If you dont act on personal injury they just ignore your claim until you go away.

This company rang me after someone who had hit my stationary car when no one was in it, to arrange a repair etc to my car. They told me an absolute load of rubbish...they tried to convince me that if I went through the company who insured the driver who hit my car, I would get a shoddy job with 2nd hand non Vauxhall parts that would devalue my car. Funnily enough, the proper insurance company rang me the next day and I'm getting a repair with guaranteed new vauxhall parts, guaranteed the whole life I have the car. I'm fuming the accident claims helpline tried to con me.

This is a scam. If you fall for this you are crazy. They want all your personal info over the phone and everyone knows that's a nono. If they were legit they'd send u a letter. All these positive posts are fraud themselves
