Slater & Gordon provided an outstanding service in handling my claim. I was kept up to date through the whole process and I felt the service was very personable and empathetic, mainly due to the honest, knowledgeable service Corey Smith provided. Giving them a 1 star is generous. Where do i start!! Had numerous solicitors over the 4 years, I'm always having to chase them up as they do not ever keep you updated, got called a liar saying I had a fall when I did not have a fall they hadn't even bothered reading the case file. Finally settlement has come through its been sitting in their account for a week they said I would have it in 3 working days, today is day 4 and I get a call only because I emailed them saying that they have over paid another client with some of my money so they don't have all of my money to give me so I haven't been paid. The person isn't in tomorrow so I will have to wait longer , this will then be in their account for 2 weeks whilst I'm sitting at home in agony waiting for the money to get treatment. Go to another company don't waste your time with slater and Gordon.
