Jason and Stephanie at BES Legal did a fantastic job acting on my behalf whilst selling my mother's property. It wasn't the easiest of transactions due to complications such as power of attorney, managing agents and the buyers solitors' complex way of working The team at BSE legal were always efficient, knowledgeable and very supportive. They dealt with everything immediately and always kept me informed. Jason and Stephanie work as one team which meant there was never a hold up and I could speak to either of them at anytime. They are a very friendly team and make you feel at ease, at a time when things can be quite stressful and frustrating - constantly doing their best and reassuring you. Quite simply they did a great job and I would have no hesitation in recommending them!

AVOID, ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES, MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WAS LEAKED.
The solicitor Nikki dealing with my purchase lied for over a month saying she hadn’t received my documents for my purchase, we phoned & emailed yet they constantly lied saying they hadn’t received the documents causing complete hold ups. This has caused the property to fall though and The solicitor dealing with my purchase is now facing a huge complaint for also leaking my personal data and if not resolved, further action will be taken involving the Legal Ombudsman. I have told so many people online and in the local community and they are absolutely disgusted that personal information was discussed about her client (being me) to a third party. And absolute lies told to a third party. I have also found out that Nikki Babooram used to work for First Class Conveyancing and had complaints about her prior to her volunteering at BES LEGAL AS A trainee.

So happy with the great service I received from Sarah and Elaxandra. Very robust, efficient and, above and beyond service. Also very extensive experience in conveyancing.
I massively recommend them,and I'll definitely be using them again.

The completion of my property sale was very long and complex but throughout the whole process Steph kept in touch and provided first class care and attention.
