I would highly recommend Sophina. She is the best I have ever met for working with my case :) I asked for refunding with some firm before they worked so slow and no helpful but here such a different than any , quick responding , positive worker I will give 100 stars !

Absolutely brilliant service. Very helpful and genuinely nice people. I wasn’t left wasting for days- communication was prompt. I needed some basic paperwork and they were so quick to show me a copy, then post the physical documents to me. Stellar service all round.

If I could give zero stars I would. Rang the conveyancing department and spoke to a woman who gave us a 12:05pm appointment to have a document signing witnessed. We were there on time and told she was running late but would be there at half past. At 12:50pm there was still no sign and no update. This document was time critical and only brought to our attention that same morning so we lost a full business day because of being messed around and now our mortgage offer is in jeopardy.
