I would really not recommend using this practice. We had an appointment booked at 9.15 in the morning and they rang 5 minutes before the appointment to cancel due to illness. I would expect that a practice of this type would have much better arrangements in place to manage cancellations; it demonstrates a total lack of respect and professionalism to cancel at such short notice. It's basic - get proper arrangements in place to cover sickness, or at least give sufficient notice to ensure that very busy people's time is not wasted . If they can't organise this, I would not trust them to represent me in a legal capacity.

I have dealt with the wills side of the business which is great however the conveyancing side is not responsive, poor in returning calls and poor in responding to requests. The management of this side of the company is not as helpful as it could be and has left me exceptionally disappointed. I understand that they have part time stand in staff due to covid, and that they are working odd hours with these part time staff but those answering the phone are not well informed; a call back is all I’ve asked for on a number of occasions and have not received this. I highly recommend Grace and the Wills/ Probate but cannot recommend the conveyancing.

This is not the first time that I have used the service of Katherine and the team in Witney. They are hugely impressive and professional. Very helpful, have helped me with sorting out my Father's estate fter he passed away, they took care of everything and even found stuff I never knew about, with regards to accounts etc. Have continued to use after estate was sorted out, very knowledgeable. Would always use these since initial meetings with them.

Adam the only positive in my experience with this company. The negatives without question the over zealous and arrogant nature of the accounts manager. Beware that value for money certainly cannot be uttered in the same sentence as the title of this firm .

Very good start after few email and agreed with price i start to sent paperwork for purchase property (i think someone had a thought “this might be complicated lets drop it” …)
I had email to “explain” they had to drop my case … colleague told my Solicitor they actually to busy to have more clients…
I think personally very unprofessional… waste of my and their time… not recommended at all…

Matthew dealt with my late brothers estate...he told me what needed doing, the expected timescale and probable costs...during the process Matthew kept me up to date with how things were going...I found Matthew to be compassionate, very helpful, and professional at all times, as were any other staff members I met at the reception...which definitely helped with the very difficult time I was going through...A big thank you to all at Lee Chadwicks......

As others have said, their conveyancing service is awful. Slow, unresponsive, unhelpful (bordering rude on occasion), making a fairly straightforward house sale & purchase chain take an inordinately long period, for no appreciable reason.
