Friendly, local and independent solicitor offering a range of services. I required some documents to be verified and signed and despite the small nature of the task, I was dealt with professionally and respectfully.

This is not a company that deals with parking tickets or fines. Please ignore any reviews relating to parking fines.

Unfortunately , I mistook this firm for another Warrington who work for a band of private parking crooks.
I send them a rude letter.
They very politely and correctly informed me of my mistake and pointed helped me with contact details of the other firm.
I am not a UK resident but would be very happy to employ them if I was.

Replied to my email within 1 working day and directed me to the correct solicitors, with a similar name who deal with parking fines.

Firstly the receptionist, Melissa listened & understood my dilemma & pushed to get me an urgent appointment to see a solicitor. I was visiting Nottingham for only 3 days. I was given incorrect advice by another solicitors & explained this to Rebecca. She very kindly spoke with this solicitor to sort out my situation.
I would not hesitate to recommend Gladstone & thank them for assisting me.

I did not try to create any debate but I tried to clarify my situation and my position. I was nice during the call and found myself a rude and arrogant person. No professionalism and no way to act on your case but directly in court. Unprofessional service. No email No Post communication. No answer until after 1 hour of waiting on call.Companies that abuse their position and the law to leverage and make money on people.
No humanity or compassion, no professionalism.
Very bad.

Shocked. Extremely rude staff member. Cutting me halfway through my sentence and telling me that I’m trying to start an argument because I was explaining my situation to him. Beware. Beware. Beware. Even my looking at the other one star reviews it’s evident that this happens on a daily basis.

Very helpful sending me to the correct firm when trying to deal with a dispute. For Anyone wondering this isn’t the place for parking ticket fines/disputes, the Warrington firm are putting the wrong email address on their letters they are sending out.

Unfortunately , I mistook this firm for another one in Warrington who are named Gladstones. They very politely corrected me and I have only heard good things about them.
