An awful service on wills and probate.
Rhodri Owen refused to disclose any details of the will to any family member for well over a year, he is strikingly rude in his communications, and has yet to keep a single promise of contact that he has made. We are all tired of his dismissive "I'll get in touch next month' claim, as for over 15 months in he has not kept his word once.
This service is notably below standard. Seek another lawyer if you want the job done properly, or in a timely fashion, or with good manners.

A really supportive and informative service. Overall very pleased with a lengthy house move which involved a distance from Wales to Yorkshire and a failed sale and purchase so not straightforward. Dealt with professionally at all times.

Really slow service. It seems the team is overworked and under staffed. Even though they are trying to help but it seems they have too much on the plate. A simple property transfer has taken more than two months. Still don’t know how long will it take. I feel stuck. On hind side should have gone with other firm. They really need to sort out there systems. No online portal. No transparency.

Not very good at communicating information to the barrister, information that the barrister felt was important in a court hearing. Felt ingnored and passed around the entire time, missing out relevant information in a case that has basically affected my life. And they have just been awful to deal with, not relying to emails, not even letting me know when I had a different solicitor. Awful awful experience with them . Still awaiting a document I asked for over a month ago

Awful experience. Misadvised throughout after wrongly putting all my trust in their expertise. Nadine said I would get 18 months at worse case scenario and I got 4.5 years. Then said some very offensive things to my tearful mother after I was sent down. Avoid. They gave very poor support and there are better firms out there if you take the time to research, which I regretfully did not.

Terrible experience! Started a house purchase June 2021 and still jot resolved in September 2022. Lost my mortgage offer, all my searches and checks are now outdated so have to repay all of these. Was given 3 completion dates then they'd miraculously find something else that needed to be sent/signed on completion day to hold us back. Now changed to a different firm and after 3 days feels like a much more reliable and efficient firm!
