Exe Valley Leisure Centre

We go to Aqua tots and it's amazing. The learner pool is warm and they have LOTS of toys and balls for the kids to play with. I actually love the fact they have a shoe zone where you take your shoes off before you go into the swimming pool/changing rooms. Such a genius idea. Staff are on point. I have only been twice and the receptionist already knew what I came for - amazing!!

Friendly staff, excellent facilities, very clean and great provision for wiping down surfaces after use.
The only reason it's not a 5* review is that at £34/month for membership its a bit pricier than the other gyms. That said, it was lovely and quiet with plenty of machines and no waiting.

This swimming pool is a joke, you can only do lane swimming if you are retired or unemployed, you don’t stand a chance if you work full time. Even if you do manage to get there for one of the few weekend sessions there is a good chance as I have had twice lately that the pools are closed due to faults or no chlorine! Will be using the pool in wellington from now on.

Went to this place for the first time as a disabled guest for a swim.
Very clean & tidy. There is a small area in the changing section by the pool. Between locker 145 and the blue hippo be aware of a slippy floor. Due to high human traffic has lost the surface grip & became a slippery surface as I found out. Tiles around pool could do something for your feet to grip or wear flip flops....do NOT run.
The changing area keep your out door shoes off the floor or in shoe holders before you enter. Is power hosed and kept clean. Pool depth deep end 2m shallow end 1m. Well ventilated and lots of natural light.

Great pool, love the no shoes in the changing room policy and how often they clean, plenty of co changing for families, lifeguards and staff always friendly

Excellent facility with great classes, pool, gym equipment and coffee shop. Staff so friendly and helpful. Plus they are doing all they can to go green - solar panels, insulated building and ground source heat pump being installed.

Swum here for years. Grateful it's still open, local. Good, friendly staff and instructors. Some are always helpful, welcoming.

Nice place, gives all you need to stay healthy. Well maintained and clean everywhere.
