Isleworth Leisure Centre and Library

Visited Isleworth Leisure Centre a few times. Grateful no need for membership, I can show up as I see fit/possible. Recently Centre had works to improve facilities. I mainly use swimming, steam & sauna, and they are up to scratch, providing us with everything we need. A few months ago when i looked at the google reviews, I was surprised to see some 'not so favourable' reviews about Isleworth Leisure Centre. I am content in that this Centre isn't the most modern, and also not perfect..but facilities work great, and I can see that Centre and Staff are continuously working to improve our/ visitors experience. Thank you and I will be back again.

A very bad example of customer service has been shown from a reception staff Joanne . Please ILC please take an initiative to train your staff in a professional and courteous manner specially the front desk as it is the face and first experience of a members and customers alike.
What is the point of running such a big leisure Center without taking pride and interest in providing a good customer service?

Excellent service from Emma from Isleworth Leisure Centre. I feel delighted that she exceeded my expectation and registered my son and also helped in transfer from Brentford Fountain Leisure Centre.

I have recently joined and have used the gym pool and health suite. The gym and pool are decent and probably the quality you'd expect at a more expensive club, however the health suite let's it down a little. Whilst the sauna and jacuzzi seem clean they are a little on the small side to handle demand at peak times. The steam room has been out of action since I joined despite being told it would be sorted in a few days. It is this aspect that knocks it down from 5 stars. The staff all seem pleasant and professional.

After cancelling my membership a few years ago today I decided to go back for a gym session expecting that things could have improved, although this was not the case. The lady at the reception was not kind at all and the conditions of the changing rooms just got worst. Lockers without doors, running taps in the shower rooms, and rusted furniture are just examples… A part from this, the gym was clean (early morning), and the machines were working alright.

Basic gym. But they do good offers which makes it relatively cheap to join whenever I am in the area.

There is not enough benches in the men's changing room, so everyone uses the same two corners. Very frustrating and totally unnecessary.
