Stoke Mandeville Stadium

Very nice mono track with 10 lanes. I can imagine wind gets very strong sometimes but it is nice to run on a sunny day here.

The cafe is also very cheap and has seating areas inside but sadly no track sesting.

Lovely sports facilities and a great heritage centre for the Paralympics movement. A must see for sports history lovers. Stoke Mandeville stadium is the birthplace of Paralympics!

Winter Covid Booster, good parking, amazing NHS Volunteers checking you in and directing you onto site.
Easy check in once inside. Well organised with ample staff. No queue on the day I went but everything set up in case it got busier. Recommend booking online.

Being used as a COVID inoculation centre. Easy to use and reasonable parking though can be a bit tight for old people. Efficient, though occasionally a slow person who is disorganised holds things up.

i referred 3 friends and they enrolled but not even a single month free (1 ref 1month free as per their promo)... and that's fine... i can pay for my monthly... but why did i received an email about credit something saying i have a balance... i am in direct debit.. and i even pay it in person if i have to... the gym is good.. but this.. it's a turn off

Best swimming experience my son had so far even though he went for 2 years to a different(way more expensive) company.... the have many groups and variety in the lessons, not doing the same thing week after week...

Very poor from the new operator Serco or More leisure Ltd. or More Leisure Community Trust LTD, it is not even clear which organisation is managing this facility. The prices have gone up in comparison to few months ago and the service levels have gone down, the website is the worst in its class, no information and most of the links don't even work. The staff members are very rude, unhelpful and unaware that they are not fit for the purpose. The facilities at Stoke Mandeville stadium are used by the wider local community and therefore it is very important that such organisations are not allowed to operate in the way the new operator has started. Further update, the facilities in the hall are appalling. The lights do not work, roof leaks, floor is left dirty, heating is broken, staff have no clue what to do or how to respond to these issues. I spoke to Hannah at the reception to raise these issues as the manager was not available and she said that a response will be sent to my email address but nothing has come through, have been waiting for over two weeks. Have clicked some recent photos (28 Dec 22) for all to see the proof.
