Brilliant gym, clean and well laid out with a vast selection of equipment to suit all requirements. Excellent changing facilities and friendly staff on hand if needed.

The receptionist was a bit vague. She asked if I'm using the gym, I said no cos I'm going to the spin class and also I said to her I am allowed to use the gym anyway because I am a member. Then when I went upstairs 2 men with a girl seemed to be waiting for me to check if I was really going to the gym or not? It's easy to be polite but it seems it's easy for them to undermine people.

Just go for the spin, which is very good, one star off because the parking is shocking, no where near enough parking spaces at peak times!

I went here to give blood so probably not the best placed to comment on the gym. Looked nice and well kept here though.

Been to this gym for about 2 months now and its okay. Clean place, very friendly staff couple of gripes that I have is that the car park is just not big enough. When classes are on you can't get a space which is annoying. The gym is pretty small and limited however it tackles your basic needs and when it is busy you can get around, just requires a bit of patience

Decent place, with friendly staff, but they seem lazy and like they aren't doing much, where they could be prepared or clearing etc. Everytime I've been, we've had to alert the staff that we are here, and after that, very helpful. Good, clean facilities, but quite expensive, and is quite small. All round nice place, with a great gym, lacking some equipment though.

Nice, modern sports facilities building. I'm only able to really comment on the reception (was alright) and the badminton courts. The flooring was standard modern wooden flooring and the net & stands were setup to .... an acceptable standard. I hope this helps at least somebody.
