Service to the car 4 star would have been 5 however the repair to the rear central armrest lid was not done.
Particularly liked the video of the underneath.
Of important mention is the excellent interaction with the staff, James, Molly and Laura are an absolute credit to your company.

This is my dream car, and Lexus Exeter was the place to purchase from. Sales manager Phil helped us through the purchase. I'd like to thank him for making it such a memorable event. Lovely place to buy your Lexus, and really nice coffee and biscuits.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a review of only 2 stars.
I bought a used Lexus from a different franchise in 2019. Exeter is my nearest “local” dealer and so chose them for further services etc.
Last year all was good (considering lockdown etc)
This year, I received a call from Lexus and arranged a date to drop the car off, collect a courtesy vehicle and also accepted the offer of a complimentary full wash and valet.
Arrived at the dealership to find that no courtesy car was booked / available - which meant I couldn’t have it done and had to rebook service for this week. (The reason was apparently, a communication problem with the central booking team and their in-house team). The Service guy (Richard) offered me a 10% discount to compensate for the inconvenience (I live an hour away from this location, so it takes a bit of planning to get time off)
Arrived yesterday for 2nd attempt of service and collected courtesy car and left.
They are clearly a very busy dealership. However, when I arrived to collect my car, I assumed it had been washed and valeted. . . . Far from it! I think someone might have run a hose pipe over it, but it certainly wasn’t washed (still had seagull poo on the roof) and the only difference inside was the driver’s side mat had been vacuumed. When I went in to ask why it hadn’t been cleaned, they said it was down to a new team . . And they were very busy . . . SO AM I!
I paid £450 for the service, had to take a day out of my work to be there and they didn’t have time to clean my car.
I work really hard to own a premium / luxury vehicle and wouldn’t dream of doing half a job with any of my customers. It’s not OK to pass the buck and blame outside influences. Someone clearly doesn’t care about customer service and satisfaction.
I just hope they had “time” to actually service my car properly. 😕

Picked up my new car this afternoon as arranged with Cameron at the Exeter dealership. I could not have asked for any more, true professional in all aspects of the sale handover, talked in a manner that was both appropriate and respectful, setting the Lexus link, also my phone, then went through each individual setting. Thank you also to Phil brilliant manager who again made things happen for me, Thank you seems totally inadequate but is meant. Will have no hesitation in recommending the product and the team. Thank you again.

Cameron was really helpful and we are very pleased with our new car. He was friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer our many questions about hybrids, as this was our first purchase of one It was great to test drive independently too, so we could discuss the merits of the car.
Our follow up meeting to collect the car went very smoothly and Cameron gave us the information we needed about service plans etc. We love the car and so far, have no regrets. Thank you.

My reception was first-class and immediately felt like a valued customer.
When the servicing and MOT were completed, I was given a complete run-down of what had been done in a very relaxed and friendly manner
