Rawtenstall Library

Giving 4 stars as without this Library there would be none, however kit is very outdated and one would think as it is the only local library that the council etc would invest , computers are not that expensive nowadays! In comparison to what exists here.....

Great local library, friendly, knowledgeable staff, excellent service. Very helpful finding books, reservations minimal charge. Now an avid reader, much cheaper than buying books!

Tries hard to supply a good range of books, also used as community area for various societies.
Had Stephen Oldfield's book on Rossendale History on sale, the staff are helpful.
The library could be promoted more with help from LCC.

Nice and cosy little Library. It's no particularly big but you can order whatever books you might need. Also has child and family activities, a computer room for those needing one. Very friendly staff. Can't recommend them enough.

Love going to the library for my books the staff are very helpful and the manager is even more so I look forward to visiting the place.
