Hartley Library

Hartley Library is friendly village library, with a warm welcome for all. With links to local primary schools, Hartley Library is often full of young children enjoying books. Indeed, the children's section is surprisingly good for such a small library. Other reading groups meet here too, and you may occasionally also bump into the Community Police Officer. We have been visiting the library since moving to the area many years ago, the librarians are always very helpful, so despite the diminutive size, the titles you need can always be ordered for you.

I have just this moment taken a book back.i had and went and got another and the little girl.in there said have you got any form of id. Erm I 've just brought one back is nt that enough..she said I can't have the book. I strongly suggest you get some knowledgeable staff in your library. Needless to say I will.not be using Hartley library again. Damn disgusted

This library is the best! Great books, and nice staff!

Staff very helpful. For a small library it has a great deal to offer. Let's use it before we lose it.
