Baldock Library

A nice, small-sized library with lots to offer. The staff are friendly and polite and I've been going there for a few years now. The only downside is the opening hours are quite short and it isn't open on a Friday, but apart from that I'd definitely recommend it.

Visited with my assistance dog. It was very quiet and I was able to get an hour of studying done. The staff were very friendly and kind.

The building is accessible too which is a plus for us!

Baldock library is a lovely library, lots to offer and a nice size. The helpful staff are aleays on hand and good opening hours, I recommend you take a look. I take the little one at least once a week and often find something for myself while she is searching for books but there is more as well. Magazines, news papers, free WiFi, DVD's, in library events, local event details, computers for internet access and printer/copier.

Very pleasant ladies staff. My baby loves going there and being there for baby rhymes and story time; also likes to roam around childrens' books and interacting with the ever so pleasant library staff. A very calm atmosphere to take children to get them used to borrow books and read. Nice and interesting Summer Reading contest with prizes and stickers given out- even to my little baby who is too young to read- we were invited to join in. It was a great experience for my baby- toddler to become, it was nice to be involved. Very helpful staff at advising and sorting all out for reserving a book. I can not praize them all enough. A big thank you for making my baby's time there wonderful and Happy New Year-2023! 🥂🎉

Great visit today. The staff were very helpful and patient. Three children have now joined the library and have borrowed books and the eldest two are enrolled on the summer reading scheme.

Library staff are very friendly and love the Ready Reads service.
