Central, good rotation and accessible via app too. Kids section is perfect for young readers and we often pick up a DVD for rental too. Lovely staff, easy to use computer check in/out and account management. Use it, it's a heart line of this great town.

Me and my husband visit letchworth library regularly. The staff are lovely and are always happy to help. The place is always neat and tidy. They have a great variety of books and facilities including computers, printers, children area and teenage area. With the Covid situation, they quarantine the books that people have returned. When you enter the library theres always someone to greet you and make sure you do the trace and track and hand sanitize before you can browse. They have signs around each section showing how many are allowed certain in each section and its checked by staff regularly. I felt very looked after there before covid but even more so now. Thanks very much for keeping us safe but also providing us plenty to read to keep us going during this pandemic. Keep up the good work ! 😄👍

Great staff and choice of books, audiobooks and ebooks. Free WiFi and nice area to read and work. Children area also great, teenagers a little limited.

Great place for the kids as they do a incentive thing here by giving out stickers and a medal if you read a certain number of books at home

I have been using this library for forty years and there’s always a warm welcome from the helpful & charming ladies. Nothing is any problem for them. Can’t wait for the current pandemic to end, so that I can spend more time at my “second home”. 🕺🏻

Lovely library, good accessibility for my double buggy. New systems that are really good so you can check in & out the books yourself
