Staff are amazing! Always friendly and happy to help. They have gone the extra mile to get me the book I want. Great atmosphere and lots of activities on for children, adults and families.

Very professional staff,going extra mile for you,lots of activities for kids and adults ,all volunteers who was involved in Reading challenge was excellent. they motivate to read my 5 years old😊

generally good service but the book machine tend to eat my coins when trying to make a late return payment.

Love my local library . It's a great place and I wish it could be busier. Song and music time for the kids ( strange booking system) but we'll worth it.

Updates : covid restriction lifted and song time and library been utilised . Song time is very unteractive and LB never wants to leave the library . Nice for the mums as well to have a chat afterwards .. Great space with seat for parents to sit out aide the carpet and kids full space to dance, sing ,clap and interact. Also library staff member always remembers my LB name . Makes a big difference.. much better .

Very noisy library. You are not really free to sit where you want to. But that’s ok because there are children’s and adults’ activities there. But people talk loud, they even use their phones and have it on ringing. Very distracting if you’re thinking about working towards exams or anything that requires full concentration, think again. Other than that, great books, lots to choose from, parking spaces always available.

The young lady who works for SBC is really lovely and gos out of her way to help you
