Staff are very friendly, and they have a fair range of books. I just don't like it when they don't open on time. 😳

Enormous kids section which was a pleasant surprise, complete with a wooden sit on train (like the one they had at Gillingham library years back) my 3 yr old son and I found LOADS of brilliant books. It's quite a run down looking place, but we usually go to Luton library which is just the same really. Hoping that Medway council start to invest in ALL of the Medway librarie,s and not just the Chatham riverside library.

Good hub, staff mostly happy to help. Many clubs and activities for all age groups run regally here, especially in the holidays. Computer suite as well for work, as well as a good collection of adult fiction and non fiction books, lacking some of the latest titles, but staff can always order in books. The childrens' section also has a good selection of books and is well decorated and colourful.
