West Barnes Library

Be aware that if you go to the library at the moment you will need to drop your books off and come back another day to pick up new ones unless you already have spare space on your ticket. The books you return are in quarantine for three days before they are taken off your account. Only one family in the kids section at a time and you need to leave your details at the desk on entry and wear a mask. You can browse for up to 30 minutes and there's nothing for small kids to do (no table or chairs etc) due to covid. #2020fun!

Small library next to a train station not the best place to be other than that good staff and customer service

It was supposed to be open but I could not get in because I did not have a card or app. The website ought to say that one of these is required.

Really poor choice of books

Very welcoming library. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful

Lovely place, amazing books and staff, lots of things to do, love the knitting group on a Thursday 11 till 1pm

Extremely upset at the unfriendly reception I received from the library 'operative' and only hope it won't happen again on my next visit next week. The security guard was a gentleman as always, however.
