Ridge Avenue Library

The staff in this library are always very helpful and friendly. They explain any technical problems very well without being patronising.

Worst library ever! Enfield council seems to be too poor renting half of the Library to another school educating dropouts and less able students and teachers who laughs and shouts about all day... Noway you can concentrate to get some work done. Staff including managers are also very irritating with their attitudes to customers.. This place needs a very urgent discipline.

Such a dry and basic service in this Library by a woman called Shanaz . No signage in the library that states computers only available at 9.15am or that you aren't allowed to use your phone inside. Probably because they ran out of wall space, advertising that they will prosecute anyone who even so much as blinks the wrong way towards them. Poor communication, poor signage, poor interpersonal skills, poor service. It's really no surprise that the library in town is always busy and this one is always empty.

For months now the wifi has not been working, so much money is paid towards council tax etc and one of the very few libraries in the area, lacks from one of the biggest resources. p.s - fix the leaking roof!

Was helped by a lovely male librarian 2day who even taught me step by step how to find books via internet (not very good on computers )
And helped sort my sons card also
