Very nice library. Amazing choice of books, very helpful staff. Just a pleasure to visit it.

Upd: I gave them 5 stars initially. After a year have to put them down to two. Library itself is good, but staff is inconsiderable and rude. I had a very upsetting experience. I had to renew books. I brought all of them apart from one, which I forgot at home (asked if they can make a note and I will bring it the next time, I couldn’t renew it online). Young lady and her colleaguesaid no. It was cold, raining, my feet were in pain. I worked the whole day and then rushed to the library to renew the books then I had a 30 minutes break to eat before rushing to my second (evening) job. I explained the situation and the lady said no and we will apply the fine from the next day. So I skipped the dinner, went back home and returned with that book, renewed it. And went to work, still remember that my feet’s were swollen and in pain. I assume she felt happy and powerful.

Really good library and lovely children's section too. The staff are especially helpful towards new people and old members of the community.

Whenever I go to this place it makes me feel strange ..... historic site with a long history ..... a great place to study and use different and multicultural books .......
It has a good place for children and teenagers to study
With very kind and responsive staff
but The only problem is that there is not enough space to use a personal laptop especially charging and study with writing to gather ....
I always enjoy visiting this place and using its many books

Poor choice of books: my village library (Abbeyleix, Ireland, pop. 1300) has a far more erudite selection. NOISY. Refuse to turn off the lights even though it has a large glass roof. Abusive staff - all of them (well unhelpful at the least, and a lot more than once) Other wise idyllic location, and pleasant inside.

Only went to use one of their computer's and one of their printers which only cost 10p per sheet printed. However, I had to set up new login details as I've not been to this library for quite a long time. Staff were very helpful too and was also given a new library card which will come in handy if I ever need to use their computer's again in the near future.

I am a non fiction reader (science, tech, humanities etc) and most of the times I am able to find the book I need so for me a good collection. The online presence could be made better by making categories and search function more intuitive. The online magazines are so useful I canceled half a dozen subscriptions. Love the building and the staff are always helpful. Keep up the good work.

When I go to a Library which is not in my home location I should be able to print documents without too much effort required to become a member given I may never use that library again. Harrogate was great but
Richmond was like pulling teeth.

Good choice of books, but your website is the worst website I've ever come across. Its impossible to find my way around it, even in my own account.
