The shop is very clean and the customer service is very good. After receiving my cut within a few hours the hair that was cut began to itch and it did so for a whole week. Spots where appearing on the back of my head and this was very discouraging for me. I have never experienced an itchy head followed by spots after a haircut but unfortunately this was the first place I had.

Rhyme time is a must miss! The girl running it had the same enthusiasm you would have for a dentist appointment. May aswell just put the tape player on

Very poor selection of books. No "classic" authors at all

Well, the book selections are really slim never suitable for University standards.
I am informed there is a high turnover of staff obviously for good reason.
There is this black woman who works there her attitude is stink never because she is black I don't know her name. The manager a man is quite curt and rude he is selective as to who he shares his manners with. There are other issues with the library.
