The library building is the focal point for community activities in New Eltham village. Where would we be without it?

Lovely situated quiet library with pc access and function room to hire. Notice board inside gives up to date info on the various dates and occasions within the community. Staff are lovely and very helpful

Aan extremely friendly small library for the children to enjoy some good stories. They also have a hall that can be used for birthday parties and other activities take place there like pilates on a Friday.

It has always been a byword for me where there is a lot of history "records" - through reading books, reference books or the computer stations that have the internet. Plus it has a great deal to offer those who are interested in doing crafts, exercising their muscles or their minds, and creating a wealth of information and learning about what the area can offer, whether it is with the family or on one's own.
Brilliant people who are brilliant at being library staff and friends too.
That is both New Eltham and Eltham Libraries to me.
