Great place our son loves it and the staff are really helpful.

We recently signed up for a library card and the staff showed us in detail how to use the machine. It's very useful as I've borrowed a number of books for my gadgets what would have cost me over 100 pounds in the shops where this library stores every boom you can think off. They also do children's clubs and meetings.

I like the selection of crime and suspense books.
I have come across the time of selecting books by Italian authors such as Andrea Camilleri.
The children's area is cozy.

This is our brilliant new library and with the same dedicated friendly staff. Our family grew up with the team here and they are still providing a wonderful service for the little ones giving them a great start in loving books. All ages are welcome and there are many facilities available to assist study with computer access and a good reference section and books on local history. Use the search function on the website to find whatever book you want within West Sussex There are often ideas to encourage youngsters with their reading - reading being recognised as an activity helping us achieve empathy with others and being of lifelong benefit.

61 years old and joined my first library😂 Superb experience. The team were so helpful, couldn't do enough for me. Such an easy system to operate too. First class. Not at all the stuffy institute I had in my head👍😃

Fair selection, it seems bigger than they used to be. The only downside is a very small graphic novel selection, but a nice one. I understand that people have stolen them in the past also nice fantasy and sci-fi.

An inspiring institution! Essays, epistles and encyclopediae aplenty, the eponymous establishment epitomises education and enlightenment. I had an epiphany here, but couldn't find my way out of the ENORMOUS wc to elaborate to my entourage. Excuse the extemporised diatribe of drivel; one might infer that excessive ingestion of information engenders an improved intelligence and augmented idiomatic aptitude. Wowsers! Who'd have thunk it?

No fewer than three librarians bent over backwards to assist me in my particular quest today. Astounding customer service which places Burgess Hill Library firmly in my list of favourite Hill Libraries.

Lovely location, unfortunately during my visit it was ridiculously noisy! Kids running around screaming, adults chatting loudly over coffee…

I had my headphones on, and I could hear the noise over my music!! I wasn’t able to concentrate, and get my work done.
