This hub is a one stop shop for the London borough of Greenwich. Helping to bridge the gap between fitness, library services and also offering paymrnt setbices for Greenwich revenue collection such as council taxes, permits etc. Very clean facility and well looked after.

I highly recommend this library. It's clean and spacious. All the staff are lovely. Especially Kelly and Russa. They are both so helpful and welcoming. It's the best library I've been to in London and since I discovered it I keep coming back.

If you need a quiet space to study this is it. Due to the Corona virus outbreak they have limited seats for desk and computer use.

If you need a desk, you can book a 2 hour slot at the library and also extend your time if there isn't anyone waiting in the queue for a desk. It's fairly easy and straightforward.

The only downside to the library experience and I blame this on Covid-19, is that there's a one way system so you have to leave the building and go all the way around the building to use the toilet. (3 min walk) it's just a bit inconvenient especially when it rains.

Other than that the library is great with a wide range of books for adults and children.

I used the library recently and I like it, only down side are some of the young students that come after school and make unnecessary noise and making it a bit uncomfortable. But the other group that come and use the back end are very good, as a parent it makes me feel happy that these children are using the resources available to them the right way. Because a space, internet and electric sockets, is a great deal offered in these local libraries. And this is a good facilitation of your private reading that you may not have a chance to have at home. Thank you to the staff.

This is a post to heartily thank the members of the Woolwich library...

My 8 year old daughter accidentally left the library and walked all the way home on her own...she thought that I had left her and returned home...I looked frantically for her all around including the surrounding places...I just could not imagine that she can return all alone to our house which is almost a mile away from the library..

Unfortunately I was not carrying my mobile and didn't have my husband's number and was unable to get in touch with him...we are new here and our numbers kept changing for a while and I just forgot to update our numbers on the library database...

But the staff members of Woolwich library supported me and helped me in every possible way..Shazia Maam, Rachel and the entire team...they helped me in my search all throughout....they drove down to my house and found my daughter...they even brought her back to me safe and sound...

I am really grateful and thankful for the support they have lent me...a huge thanks to you all...the wonderful team of Woolwich library 🙏🙏🙏

Yesterday I just read that the libraries are the last place that you don't need/forced to buy anything.
And I really like to go there just to seat comfortable and read/study/research.
I think the kid's workshop area is just a bit noisy for a library but it is what it is.
And the uncovered canals over the heads are not really cosy. They give you the feeling of a basement.

Clean, nice, with seats inside and outside. Good to take a rest while windy and raining outside.

There is absolutely nothing in there. The worst rubbish, you would not find even in petrol station. But for that 5 books they have, there are 2 receptionists and 1-2 security guards. I’m glad to know that my tax is not being wasted.

The best library I have ever been to. It is very welcoming and child friendly with good variety of books. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. My two year old daughter feels right at home and makes me take her every other day to go and see Kamal, Pooja, Judi, Dan and Diego her new friends. Bless them, they always give her time to listen to her story or answer her questions although they are busy. Thank you for everything, your hard work is much appreciated
