Highfields Library

Nice library with very useful books for all ages, like software development, Windows Guide, moreover you can play games, surf Internet on computers. I am happy to have it by my nearby area. :)

When i have been here they said they dont have baby changing facilities, i had to go to the Highfields center to change my sons nappy! Which is ridiculous as one time the Library told me its only for toddler time. Thats a problem because it will make it harder for babies and toddlers to access the services when ever they want. Also just seen on the website and baby changing is on there as a service, so i cant understand why the libarians refused and im not the only one to be refused as other people have also gone to the highfields center to change nappies.

Great library! Staff are very welcoming

The ladies at reception are always lovely, as a student myself i had to use the computers for a lot of hours to get my work done my longest session was 4 hours and they were happy to extend it more!

Friendly staff, clean and tidy environment

The staff here, or rather the 3 middle aged female staff have such rude mannerisms. I can't stand their ill mannered behavior. How do they get away with being employed and so horrible?

Very polite staff and the library is net. I will love to go again.
