HI,MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD.
THE STAFF MEMBER COULD NOT BE BETTER.
SHE HAS BEEN AT RAMSGATE ALSO A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO.
SHE WAS SUFFERING A COLD AT THE TIME,LAST WEEK BUT,
BATTLED ON.

I needed help with printing tickets to see Bryan Ferry at Hampton Court .
The ticket company sent me a PDF printout ticket rather than a good old fashioned card ticket .
I was having major difficulties downloading so booked myself an appointment with " Frank" the volunteer computer buddie allocated and working part time at Birchington Library .
Between us using our pooled I.T knowledge found and printed out the tickets which now means that we can now enjoy seeing Mr Ferry tomorrow in the knowledge that we finally resolved the online ticket problem.

It also houses the parish office and the heritage museum.

Great little library. Easy parking not a huge selection but can order anything you need.

At last!!!! Sanity has been restored with the reopening of our Library.Wonderful to be able to browse , especially in the "large print" section for those of us who are knocking on a bit,and to see Ashley and her equally friendly and helpful colleague whose name I don't know unfortunately. It is the hub of the village and we should use and treasure it. Well done ladies - welcome back!
