Loch Leven Community Library

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very calm and pleasant (although a little too warm on a hot day!) It's never been problem to collect reserved books and I usually end up with something else interesting to read whilst I'm there. A fantastic community resource.

I had an urgent task to complete and attempted to
use one of the public computers…..on the blink, and the female member of staff didn’t seem to have a clue. This isn’t the first time they’ve broken down and it’s very frustrating, more so because staff just seem totally unaware. The computers should be checked first thing daily to make sure they are working. It’s not as if staff are busy…….gossiping in their back office….this has been noted previously by another reviewer

Phoned first to check on the Covid arrangements: all super organised. Staff really helpful and the selection of books, for a small library, was very good!
