unhelpful rude and very very loud went to do uni work but were too noisy so went to pub to finish work as it was quieter. when at library had person next to me ask me to simplest of questions (not a problem) but she told me she asked me because library staff didn't know the question was how to get on google

When you look online your Tuesday hours are advertised as 3.30 to 10pm, I've just been down and you're closed all day (30.8.16) please update your online opening hours to save inconvenience to the public !

I will try to be more constructive and use punctuation. To be honest, for a facility like a library to be useful it has to fit-in with peoples' lives. Being closed all day on two the days of the week and closing early on others isn't fitting in really, is it? You need to be open until at least 7pm on all days. Come on you can do it.

Nice place but they don't have any seats. I was hoping to have a quiet place to work but other than 2 sofas and tables dedicated to computers there was no tables to put books on while I did some old fashion reading and research.
