Disgusting how they charge £5.00 for just printing 10 sheets of paper, which were not good, not a good taking that much off people

Very helpful staff, stunning building. I had no idea libraries did so much stuff.

Staff are very intrusive with regards to giving help with the computers, leaning over people and not understanding the meaning of personal space or privacy of content.,
Had 3, (quite important) items printed (2 of which are illegible) and 1 item for photocopying which is very very faint and difficult to read. I paid 50p for my items with a £5 note and was given my change in 20&10p’s.

Beautiful library in a former Baptist Chapel. Friendly, helpful Librarians.
Storytime, board games, Lego, colouring, knit/crochet group. Meeting rooms, computers, lift access from Hanbury Road car park, toilets, level access from street level.

Nice place to go. Remember the Chapel that used to be. Chapel was lovely.
