Spoke with Kieran Kelly, an exceptional gentleman who was very helpful kind and professional, an asset to the team I would say. He explained everything very clearly and was always making sure I understood what he was telling me, very good phone manner. His manager should be very proud of how exceptional this guy is, cannot fault him, I'm glad it was Kieran I spoke to today.

Ella is amazing , she is really good at her Job very nice person and had a good connection and she really helped me understand about the insurance and will hopefully everything goes through.

Really enjoyed talking with George Day, what a wonderful young man, vey down to earth and very easy to talk to. He was very helpful in getting me my life insurance, very happy with the policy I have taken out with him, knowing my children’s future will now be secured. 😀😀😀

Jamal made it easy, it didn’t feel like an interrogation like other Insurance companies do, which delayed me getting Life Insurance in the first place. Within 20 minutes I had been given the best options and now I’m Insured. 5* Service and would highly recommend

Is there an option for No Star - When i said i am taken care by my company - they just hang it on your face. So rude - they mean only business. Very unprofessional

Some consumer panel got a hold of my phone number and called me. Without any explanation they dialled in Freedom to Insure and althogh I said that I won't be making insurance decisions just yet, they have not stopped ringing me at least 5 times a day. I answer to one agent explaining that I need time and as I am hanging up, another agent rings. Withheld phone numbers, various 020 numbers. Setting my phone on fire with numerous calls won't make me use your services, please listen to your prospect customers.

I was very unsure of how life insurance worked.
I was very lucky to have Edwin who explained everything in detail and was so pleasant and professional who found me the best deal.

I would recommend that if anyone wants life insurance this is the place to go.
