I have just had one of your salesmen trying to sell to me, I told him I was already sorted, he went on, I told him I was busy working from home and didn’t have time to talk to which he replied why did you answer the phone then!? In answer to his question I am waiting for a phone call from Bristol children’s hospital regarding my sick child not that it’s any of his business! I will NEVER use this company to take out life insurance!!!

Company is a joke.

I was sold life insurance by a pretty nice bloke but after speaking with vitality I decided to cancel it as currently it isn't what I actually need.

After speaking with them I now receive nuisance calls from there sales team repeatedly and refusing to take no for an answer. Pressurised salesmen not accepting no for an answer.

After getting a call today and explaining I have already cancelled and that I am at work and cannot take the call the salesman then continued to talk over me. I again said sorry I am busy I am at work he continued and once again I said I am at work I cannot take the call to which he then said to me "if you just quit interrupting I'll ask you these questions"

Unprofessional. Rude. Shocking behaviour.

Great helping me get the cover, nightmare when I cancelled due to being out off work.
Told them the situation and said it was due to affordability, they tried to sell me a cheaper version as expected but I continued to cancel.
Following few weeks I’ve received about 5 calls. I tell them I’ve spoken to many people and had the same conversation but they persist to read their script.
Extremely insensitive company.
I’ve asked them to stop calling and blocked their number but they continue to ring from different numbers.
Dreadful company relentlessly chasing people in difficult situations adding to their stress.

However, they tried to sell me life insurance over the phone and wanted to take my bank details before any correspondence was sent to me, so I would then have a chance to check out their credentials. When I said I wanted this information the man brought the call to her very abrupt halt. I believe they got the lead from Tom.co.uk which I have blocked on social media

I made a mistake of enquiring about life insurance and they’ve been harassing me ever since. The telephone sales people were extremely pushy and overbearing and not sensitive to my situation whatsoever: I’ve told them to remove my number from their cold calling list 6 times now I have blocked every number and they still call every other day on different numbers. I will be writing a complaint letter today.

Great company with loads of opportunity. I have been here for a year now and have made so many contacts and gained so much experience and knowledge. The only way is up with smarter cover. What ever you want to achieve, they will help you if they see you are serious.

Really supportive team and managers who are friendly and if you put the effort in they will return the support back. Healthy competition is here in smarter cover. You can also work from home or in the office.

Great company values and buzzing atmosphere. Everyone is friendly, the training is fantastic and the bonuses are amazing. Working from home is a lovely touch too, I would highly recommend working for smarter cover.

Being told my a member of staff that I'm being unkind because I'm sick of being harassed by this company. Constantly phoning me despite being told to remove my number from their system. Told them I would take legal action for harassment and was told I was being unkind!! What, and harassment is being kind, is it??
