Lightplan Lighting

I wish I found this light shop earlier! Such a lovely showroom- I spent so long deciding and the lady who I saw was ever so helpful. She was happy to help with any question- and I asked many! I would highly recommend. Only downside is you can't purchase and take away with you, lights need to be ordered in. Looking forward to receiving my lights and I will return here from now on.

Great place for all variety of lights, parking space available as well. Good prices and lights for every pocket.

I got recommend to use this company to buy some household light for a few bedrooms in my house. The light I wanted was not in stock so had to be ordered in, which is fine. I was told and promised the light will be delivered to the store on Monday. I went in a few days after to collect the light to be told the light has not arrived yet. I was deeply annoyed about this as I had no call from the company or anything to say my light would be arriving later than expected. At least a phone call or a text message would be suitable. I then asked for a similar light which again they said they had to order in.
The young man who was serving me really didn't care that my order was late and just told me to come in tomorrow for when the light arrives. I later went back for a full refund as I was disappointed with service and the lack of customer support and no updates regarding the whereabouts of my order.
When going back for the refund the lady wasn't too happy but as a paying customer I was not happy with the service as my promise was not delivered! No communication either!

I've been to this shop Twice once today .I needed to replace a tube light as mine stopped working Thursday night.Very helpful service by the staff who work in the shop very polite Reasonable prices.If ever I need to have a light replaced in the house I will always come to lightplan lighting as they are my local shop.

Very well stocked lighting store. Some nice products, both classic and modern. Plenty parking to the rear which is always nice.

Nice lighting store lots of variety in all shapes and sizes, classic or modern. Prices tho seemed a bit astronomical to me maybe a niche market or specialist lighting solutions

Excellent Customer Service, with assistance. Nice Discount, loads of Electrical verities of domestic and commercial projects. Must visit, and grab branded Design.

Rude, unprofessional and have very bad attitude.
The service and advice was just shocking. If I could give 0 I would.
It’s fine to be busy and give straight up answers, I get that- however when no customers are around and the chap has nothing better to do, the service and advice received leaves me no option but to express my service via this review.
