The sales Team where busy when I called, but rang me back almost instantly. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful, and was able to arrange an instant order packing and collection that bailed me out of a hole at work.

Excellent Service. I was using high density strip lighting for the first time and was helped through every step of the ordering and deciding what was suitable and installation advice. Next day delivery at agreed time. Good quality lights at a very reasonable price and excellent customer service when I needed to return one item.

Wanted to install LED strip lighting in an outdoor application (garden gazebo) but didn’t have the first idea of what was needed.

I can highly recommend Hi-Line Lighting Ltd. I spoke to Kevin about requirements for under cabinet lighting for a new kitchen renovation. He was very friendly and provided lots of helpful information so that I was informed and able to make the right choices. He also very quickly responded when I asked him to sanity check the items I'd eventually selected in the shopping cart. There was a good selection of LED strip light related items and the website is well designed. All of the items were well packaged when I collected them. Overall, I'm really impressed, and I'm pleased that I was able to support a local business.

We were Building our own home and needed advice on the vast array of LED strips for the house. The help we received in what was required was brilliant and everything was delivered as it should have been. nearly three years later and we have had a chip fail on one of the strips. Customer service has been excellent and a replacement is being despatched. BRILLIANT

If you are thinking of installing LED tape in any situation, give Kevin a call. They where very helpfull and the products are totally professional. If you want true colours and good results forget the cheepies and go with Hi Line.
