Visiting from Devon. Purchased four Chandeliers. We found the owner and sales lady very professional and knowledgable.There is an impressive amount of choice in the shop so no doubt all tastes can be catered for. We collected the Chandeliers the next day and they were all meticulously cleaned and wrapped for our journey. They now have pride of place in our 200 year old Devon country home. We would definitely recommend them.

I bought a custom made shade. Almost too much choice but the sales woman was very helpful and narrowed down our choices. Its not easy getting the right colour combinations but she was right. Staff with product knowledge are indispensable...

I was looking for a small component to finish a project and i was told that they buy them in bulk, that they're difficult to source and that they couldn't help me or tell where to get them from.
