Lightplan Lighting

I went into the shop looking to buy lighting for a whole house. The service Elliot provided was excellent and he was extremely help in suggesting ideas for each room and which lights complement each other. I would most definitely recommend Lightplan to anyone looking for stunning lights as there is a very large range also available to see within the shop.

I have worked with Lightplan on numerous projects and have always had an excellent experience. They are efficient, speedy to answer queries, have a broad range of products and are able to create amazing bespoke options too. Their delivery service is reliable and they are friendly. Great service from Rufus over the telephone when buying a chandelier. Was very informative and gave great advise. Purchase and delivery was handled all over the phone and item was delivered promptly, well packaged without any damage. Well Recommended.

We used Medlock for all of our lighting requirements internally and externally for our home renovation and extension. Rufus is very helpful and goes the extra mile, he’s very knowledgeable and the store holds the latest technology, even if it’s not in the showroom, Rufus can source most products. We would definitely recommend.

Fantastic customer service going above and beyond to help. I wanted some particular light fittings to match with others in our home, which were showing as out of stock. The electrician had called saying he had a cancellation and was able to fit us in a couple of days time and Rufus came to the rescue by sourcing stock and arranging delivery the following morning. I cannot speak highly enough about the help and service we received. Rufus was amazing and I shall be buying the light fittings for all my other rooms from him and recommending him to family and friends. A massive thank you!!!

Excellent service from Rufus at Henley shop nothing was too much trouble even showing us how bright the light would be by etting it up in a dark room. They happily delivered to us and when one of the globes wasn't working when the electrician installed it Rufus came over to replace it himself. You couldn't ask for better service. Thanks will definitely be back.
