Easy Limo

Went for a night out with a couple friends. They wanted to switch it up a little. First time using a limo, the service was excellent and the interior was beautiful! Would defo recommend to others.

I did everything right but they did not. Promise me things like basic ice but did not deliver on day . Sun roof feature is not actually allowed to use, driver was rude and shouted at us on my birthday. Did not feel welcomed.

I ordered a 8 person limo for my daughters 18th birthday to take us from London to home in Essex. I received a phone called 20 minutes before the limo was due to arrive to say I’d receive a free upgrade as the car wasn’t available. A diesel smelling party bus arrived 10 minutes late, which proceeded to take us without explanation to Ealing, over an hour diversion away from where we were going to change into a rust bucket pink hummer limo which is not ordered. Scruffy driver. No explanation but a demand for money when we arrived home 2 hours later than planned having been told he should of obtained it when he picked us up on the diesel smelling party bus. Awful experience

Hired the Ford excursion for 30th Birthday and had the best time. The driver was dead on time and 100% spot on. He was polite and friendly and very helpful. The limo itself was clean and lovely inside. I will definitely be using this company again.

Booked limo 2 months in advance for my 50th birthday. 10 minutes before the limo was due to pick us up at 8pm they called to say the limo was going to be 1 hour late. First the driver was stuck in traffic. When I asked where the driver was, they said central London. Then it changed to driver is on a break. I was not happy, as we booked in for an event at 9pm. Then they called back 20 minutes later to say the limo had breakdown, waiting on a tow truck and the job is now cancelled and they would refund my money. I was livid. I now had to get three cabs to arrive at the same time to get us to the event in time. Contacted Easylimo a few day later to confirm that the refund had been processed, they told me yes.I emailed them to provide written confirmation of the refund, no reply. I called them again a week later about the refund. They were extremely rude and hung up the phone. At the end of the day it’s my money for a service they never provided. I had to contact my credit card company. I finally got my money back today. This company completely ruined the start of my milestone celebrations.**** I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone****. Total let down.

The birthday limo was great with great lights and a sound system that synced to my playlist. Everyone on board had fun! I highly recommend them and at a reasonable price! I will definitely use them again.

Liars, how is the company stating that these are fake reviews or they can't find the booking with the customers name. Maybe you need to start providing the service that you meant to provide then you won't have to make excuses.
By the way customer is always right, so you shouldn't be treating any of your customers (if you still have any) in any disrespectful way. You have no knowledge in this filed and you should never have a business like this if you don't know how to manage it properly.
It's waste of time and money and bad experience. You should be ashamed that you even provide this kind of service.

Their customer service from booking to dispatch was an excellent experience. Very professional and accommodating.
All around, a great company to use for transportation.
Would highly recommend to anyone
