Superb company to deal with. Bought a BMW 220i Luxury Gran Tourer for my wife. From the moment I contacted them to enquire about the car, the chap on the other end of the phone was lovely, knowledgeable and so helpful. The car was an immaculate example with beautiful cream leather interior and unmarked exterior silver paint work. The car had been prepared to a high standard. Nothing was too much to ask and I required the alloys already in good condition be re polished as I wanted to car to be perfect for my wife as a surprise for her birthday. They also arranged for a full service on the car without asking for an additional cost. Will certainly be purchasing from them again when my extended family requires a second hand car. It is a shame there are not more people in this business like these guys. I don’t leave many Google reviews, not normally my thing, but wanted to help these guys out as they were very good to me. Thanks guys, top job.

Worst ever encounter with a salesman. Called the day before to view a bmw 1 series, he said come whenever. Got there the next day, the car seemed to be in good condition which i was happy about. i then asked if it would be possible to test drive, he then went onto say '"are you going to buy the car?", which i responded not without a test drive no, for a £15k car, theres no chance i would be going into a car blindly without test driving. he then proceeded to say "okay test drive it", with no trade plates which is completely illegal as the car is untaxed, which i explained this to him, for someone who "CLAIMS" to have been in business over 9 years, this is the bare minimum to know. Which he responds "the car is insured i am insured, so you are too" which made absolutely no sense. i then said i'm not test driving the car unless you put trade plates on the car, he claimed "there is no trade plates in the shop" and then had the cheek to ask me if i knew what trade plates were for. At that point, completely infuriated, gave him the keys and left. Clearly he had an agenda for not letting me test drive which is absurd, and wanted me to ILLEGALLY drive the car as if he didn't know what was wrong with that. Shocking Experience.

What a disgraceful excuse of a car dealer,
Organise to view a car on the Saturday gave they guy a time I would be arriving witch he didn't understand. I arrives at a car wash place where he keeps some of his car, to find the car covered in moss.
Waited an hour for the guy to turn up but never did, to top it off he had turned Ed his phones off so couldn't contact him.
With further inspection to the car , I found damage to an arch that had been covered up by what looked like tippex. There was also damage to the front bumper. What a wast of time to say I didn't not get it

Bought a second hand Vauxhall Astra under the impression that it had had a recent service and was in good condition. Took it to another garage and there was around £600-800 worth of repairs to be done. Tried to return it in the 30 day period which is within the legal rights and one of the workers refused and said they would only give me just over £200 or we can take them to court. After disagreeing with them we went into the shop and the manager said that they were within our rights to get a refund. We have now received the refund but we are still nearly £300 down after paying for the service and petrol. The only reason that it’s not a one star review is because the manager did understand the law and we did get our money back but one of the workers was absolutely awful and shouldn’t work here and the car was not as described. Make sure you take it for a service before you buy and know you can return in 30 days if your not happy!

If I could leave -5 I would.
This garage is appalling! It’s the kind of garage that has given the motor trade such a bad reputation! Much like another review I have come across I went to view a car that was parked on a side road and looked like it had been used and unwashed for months there were drink bottles and loose change all over the car. alloys were completely black with break dust and soot. A salesman took nearly 25 minutes to walk round the side road and give us access to the car, We had to call to remind them!
Due to the state of the car bearing quite significant body damage also I was offered a discount. I then made arrangements for a mechanic to Give the car a prepurchase inspection! The salesman tried to persuade me this was unnecessary! Gladly I persisted, after inspection my mechanic told me that the car was not even worth a third of its asking price! The bodywork was damaged father then I had been able to see also as it was masked by dirt. It had a missing parcel shelf and tool kit, 4 completely different tyres two were different winter tyres! The bumper had two clips missing so would have fallen off and the exhaust had an issue also! Car had been keyed across two of the panels as well so when I queried this I was told that it wasn’t important as I did not know anything. apparently he has sold range rovers that have been keyed all the way round because of jealous people, as the area is Ilford?? Wow!
He said his customers still buy from him. because he knows cars and he’s been trading for 80 years! People don’t care about scratches?!
The car also required a MOT Full service and litre of oil because it was that low! But garage refused to complete the MOT until after I purchase it! I was not happy with this, and stated that and so the story changed salesman told me that the car had only not been MOT it as it was stuck on a ramp that was unable to move! Whilst making a call to my mechanic discussing the vehicle outside the showroom I saw the car I was enquiring about getting taken into the MOT centre they told me it would be fine for tomorrow so the salesman had lied again! Needless to say I did not buy the car ! I went back to tell him I wasn’t interested and the lead guy was so rude, He also tried to tell me my mechanic hadn’t even checked the car properly (untrue as I know the mechanic personally) I confirmed as such with him which he did not take kindly to! He told me I should call my mechanic back and tell him to come here and buy me the car then if he has problems and laughed he audaciously! Disgusting customer service the quality of the vehicles they sell is a joke I don’t even know how they are allowed to trade they are so appalling!! Stay away or regret it!!

Drove 52 miles to look at a car that was nothing like the photos, it was dirty, scratched and parked on a side street away from the dealership. I said over the phone I was driving a long way to see the car and asked about scratches and he said none, he said everything was working according to their knowledge. I have lost a days work, got congestion charge and fuel costs for nothing. Just be cautious folks!
