I would recommend Elegance wedding cars. They was fantastic from the booking to the big day. The rolls royce was brilliant and the driver. Everything was on time. It was perfect.

Just feel I need to say a big thank you to David at Elegance Wedding Car Hire. The whole process was effortless from viewing and booking the cars last year until the day of my Wedding. The Rolls Royce Silver Cloud was an instant hit with my dad who loves old classic cars and the Daimler was just perfect for my Bridesmaids. David arrived 30 minutes early just in case of heavy traffic on route. They kept in touch to double check the pickup details and to make sure nothing had changed at our end. The cars were beautiful, the drivers immaculate and the service was excellent.
I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David and Elegance Wedding car Hire to any of my friends or family. A great day made even better.

Having booked a wedding car for 1615 on New Year’s Eve to pick my bride and her dad up to bring them to our wedding. I was more than a little upset when I got told that the wedding car hadn’t turned up. I ran Dave only to be told I didn’t have a booking as it wasn’t in his diary. A few minutes in to the conversation I then got asked could we wait for him to get there. He would be 40-45 minutes. Our wedding was booked for 1630 this is now about 1645 on New Year’s Eve there was no way the registrar would want that long. In fact she was talking about having to cancel the wedding if the bride wasn’t there soon. Luckily a family member left to go and retrieve my stranded and now very stressed bride. All I got was a oh I’m very sorry I will refund your money. Which i got a text the following day asking for my back details and again just an I’m sorry. No phone call no offer of compensation no personal apology just a text. I wouldn’t have minded but I’d been in contact 10 days before to confirm the booking. Totally let down so nearly cost us our wedding and get brushed aside with a text. There is no way I would recommend these people. In fact I would say go elsewhere.

We booked the Rolls Royce Silver Cloud and Daimler for our wedding. David was very flexible when we had to change our date twice due to covid. The cars arrived on time and got us to the venue at the exact time we planned to arrive at. Looking forward to receiving our professional photos as they are stunning!

Dave was absolutely brilliant to deal with. He was organised, communicative and sent text reminders which was very helpful. On the wedding day, despite horrific weather, Dave arrived early and calmly escorted bridesmaids to the venue and then came back for me within plenty of time. Fab cars and a brilliant, friendly and professional service. Thanks so much!

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed in the service we received from Elegance wedding car hire.

On the day itself, the car was due to arrive at my parents’ house at 12pm, allowing for enough time for pictures and a first journey with my mum and bridesmaids and a second journey with myself and my dad before my wedding service started at 12.30pm. This had been agreed over the phone by myself and also in a text message a few weeks prior to our wedding. Fortunately, the church was only a few minutes away from my parents house.

When the day came, by 12:30pm the car was no where to be seen. There had been no attempt from David to contact me on the contact number he had for me. This led to one of my bridesmaid’s partners having to leave church to come and collect my mum and sisters who were meant to be doing the first journey. On his journey from church, he found David on a different road, parked outside the completely wrong house, eating a meal deal in the car. This led to a frantic rush to get us all to church which resulted in me getting there 15 minutes late. The knock on impact of this meant the song I had wanted to be played before my arrival, something very special to my husband and I, was cut short as we needed to get the service started. It also meant I was not able to go on the longer route to church with my dad as I had planned and as I had advised David. Despite having sat nav in the car, David also needed to be directed by us as he went to take the opposite turn when myself and my dad were finally on our way to church. In addition, when my husband and I got back in the car to go on to the venue, the handle inside the car fell off, which seemed to sum up the state of the service we received.

It’s saddening to have to leave such a negative review when you would hope on your wedding day there wouldn’t be such a poor service received.
