This time round going there actually felt like the sales assistant wanted to be of help. Really appreciated her useful input and thanks to her I finally found out what my bra size is. I’m not sure what her name is, but she’s a manager. So I would say if you want a helpful experience, where time and effort is put into you, get served by her. Also I’m thankful for the one off she did for me. Overall pretty good experience, only disadvantage is there needs to be more of ladies like her (who know what they are talking about).

Really lovely shop well organised so you can browse and see everything. staff always cheerful, friendly and helpful, this is situated just at the top of Kings Square shopping centre which has other nice shops to look around. this shop has offers nice little things for gifts.

Went there for new bra fitting today. One customer went to the changing room, two customer assistants at the shop. Firstly I approached one of them (btw her T-shirt was whole in wrinkles, more lack of ironing than a fashion choice. T-shirt didn't look fresh at all) and asked for advice about the size, she directed me to the second assistant, not very helpful. Second assistant told me that she is not able to do that, and if I want I can come back the other day. No, thank you. No reason given, no explanation given. Who can give me the advice about the size if not the shop assistant? AVOID find somewhere where you can get professional customer service and advice.
