Myself and my sister went into the Cheltenham shop and we saw Jill what a lovely lady. Haven't had a fitting for a bra done in a long time and what service jill gave us was fantastic. Bought 4 bra's and pants. All the ladies were very friendly in there. Would definitely go back there again. Thank you 😊

I was very impressed with the way Rose dealt with my needs, she was very professional with advice on fitting and ensured I was comfortable, nothing being too much trouble for her. Having only been working their for such a short time I must say she deserves top marks. Thank you also to the rest of the team who were all so charming and I will certainly visit again.

I visited the store yesterday for a fitting and the lovely Gill was there to help. I am 5 months post partum and aware my body has changed in so many ways but Gill was so helpful and knowledgeable and I was soon wearing the correct size. Gill is an asset to the store

I visited the cheltenham store yesterday to get some advice on sizing.
The ladies there were UNBELIEVABLY helpful and Gill took me for a fitting, we found the perfect size and style for me! I bought a beautiful set and having the right size just gave me a new lease of confidence. I feel amazing and completely love the girls who work in the Cheltenham branch ♥

I visited the store a few years ago and was kept waiting so long I left feeling a bit miserable and did not go back until yesterday. I had contacted you about my experience as I thought things could be improved. Someone listened! Everything had changed! I could not have been made to feel more welcome. I was greeted immediately with a smile and handed over to Darcy who measured me and found what I was looking for. She listened to me throughout the fitting and when I went to pay for my bra walked me back over to the till. Hugely impressed! Bras are lovely and nothing too much trouble. The little card marking the items I had tried was a great touch. Well done Bravissimo!

I visited the Cheltenham shop on 9 December - first time in a clothing shop since lockdown! I needed a thorough bra makeover and was so impressed by the helpfulness, expertise and friendliness of Jo and Lucy, who immediately put me at my ease. I walked out some time later with a lovely selection of bras. Those not immediately in stock were sent to my home a few days later. Thank you Bravissimo - I will be back!

Went with my sister, there was a very welcoming atmosphere. Got fitted by Gee and she was lovely, very chatty and knowledgeable. She had good recommendations and we bought a couple of bras and bikini tops.
