Loved the bikini i bought at Foundations and have to say the customer service in store was good BUT i ordered another bikini and was told it should come in plenty of time for my holiday. As my holiday approached i contacted them and they once again said it would be here in time for my hols. With 5 days to go till my holiday i telephoned once again to check my order status and was told they would chase it up and telephone me back....I heard nothing so rang them once again 2 days before my hols to be told its not been sent and wouldnt be here in time which left me no time to purchase another. The fact i had to keep calling them for updates and then having no returned phone calls. Terrible customer service. Its peak holiday season as surely its their job to get bikini orders for when people need them or inform them otherwise!

My experience in Foundations s beyond belief. I went in with my 6 week old baby to get fixed up. I must have tried on at least 12 different options (what a massive selection they have to offer) and was looked after so well by the lovely 2 very lovely ladies, who even kindly helped me when my daughter starter to cry. I am now a life long fan of this shop. I could have bought 1 of the bras less than 1/2 price in an offer on line... But you don't get that service in line, so was more than happy to pay for the amazing service. Thank you ladies for looking after my daughter and myself so well, you do at the standard so high.

Having previously been wearing nursing bras I came in the Nantwich store to treat myself to a new bra. I've never felt comfortable enough in the past to get measured up but the staff here were so friendly, professional and welcoming I had no worries at all. There was a great selection and I came away with a very pretty and well fitting bra Thank you, i'll definitely be back soon.

Went in to Foundations to have a look at swimwear for my first holiday abroad for 18 years and having recently put on one and a half stones in weight so really not feeling very confident or optimistic at all. However, Karen made me feel very comfortable and brought many, many garments for me to try on. She gave me great advice and freely offered her opinion which resulted in me leaving the store with two swimsuits and two bikinis, confident and happy. On my holiday, I felt great in all the items I had purchased and will definitely be back before my next holiday!!

Who would have thought that walking into a lingerie shop would have been such a great experience. I have to admit that in the past I would have shunned such a place. Forty five minutes later I walked out with a bag of goodies feeling really happy. The team was friendly and very professional and yes I felt a million dollars. Merci beaucoup mesdames.

Bought expensive bra from here which failed after 2 uses. Was a while after purchase (lockdown) that I took item back to shop and wasn't looking for refund but staff extremely dismissive and not interested in obviously faulty item. Said they didn't believe me! I followed up complaint with polite email but never heard back. Avoid!
Update: Business claims never received email sent to correct address on 9.6.22

I can honestly say the ladies in this lovely shop know their stuff. They are helpful and friendly. I have big problems finding a bra to fit properly. I was measured, given great advice and was out of the shop wearing a new bra within half an hour. Thank you so much. I will definitely visit again when in the area or order online as you helpfully suggested.
