Really good service whilst returning my Hermes parcels today. The gentleman was super friendly and helpful he even supplied me with a posting envelope and said I could pay him next time I’m there, thank you for your help!

What a kind and lovely man. Happened to mention that we had come from the Lister, as my daughter was ill and in hospital. The gentleman insisted my son take LOTS of chocolate and sweeties for her and him. It was such a lovely gesture, it made me cry!
Thank you so much, she (and the rest of the family) really enjoyed the treats and it cheered us all up no end!

Diamond chap runs this place, really helpful and friendly. We were having issues with the Hermes scanner playing up, he let me try some of his home-made vodka while we waited for it to boot back up - simply lovely - will definitely be coming back for more!

Great little shop. The EVRI self-service parcel drop and the fact they’re open late have come in very, very handy for me recently.

On returning a Hermes parcel the shop had run out of paper for the label but the staff member very kindly offered to take a picture of the QR code and print the label himself!
He also gave me 2 lollies for my kids in the car outside, what great service!
