On a busy main road, no parking but paid parking opposite side of the road. I've been in several times mainly parcel dropping. Their printer is in an awkward place on the counter and has misprinted labels (missing beginning of name and address!) Staff are not friendly or welcoming and often let people buying cigarettes jump the queue. Only use of I'm going this way.

Advertised as a DHL drop off point where you can print your label. It's not, they don't have a printer and don't know how the service works. I had to find an alternative way of returning my parcel. Would not recommend.

The lady behind the counter is so rude. I dropped off two yodel parcels today and she first lied - said she couldn’t key in a code because the barcode scanner was not working. Then she keyed in the code and when I questioned her she said she lied because she was too tired to key the code in and then started ranting about it. I can see from other reviews that other people have had the same problem. Awful human being, never quite met anyone to be so rude in a shop! If she’s too tired don’t offer parcel services!

The rudest owner and technically a liar. I was just in this store with my dog who happens to be a service dog. He refused to serve me as I had a dog with me and told me he would be fined 500 GBP. I was holding my dog and offered documentation but he still refused. I said he could call the police - but he kept on saying that he would be fined 500 GBP. This is not true and is basically a lie. Per UK rules there is no government rule that stops a dog (service or not) in a shop that sells packaged food. They cannot be in kitchen or place that prepares food. He stood there and took a photo of me - therefore threatening me. I took a photo back and left. I went 3 stores down to another general store and the owner did not blink at my dog and I.

The asian woman who is behind the counter is unbelievably rude, almost shouting at me because she was annoyed that her DHL system wasn't working. I was astounded, never come across someone that rude before. Awful customer skills

The lady owner is very rude. She just shouts at you with questions soon as you enter the shop. She is always on the phone and not helpful at all. Customer service skills is zero. I went in to use the hermes drop off and tried to use the sanitizer that was on the counter. She yelled and said this for sale and if you are so worried about covid bring your own. She wasn't wearing a mask and coughing without covering her mouth. Awful experience bad human

Dirty shop & Very rude, wanted to pay my paper bill , £8.50 with a credit card. Which I had done on many previous occasions and the owner's wife opened a big mouth and said she wanted only cash. I paid and cancelled my account, no covid precautions and if rudeness was an Olympic sport they would win gold for England.

The rudest corner shop I have ever come across.shouting at customers to get out and wait outside.
I have never in all my years ever seen anything like it. The man and woman who own it should just give up the shop I'm surprised they make any money will never return.
no customer service very vile couple who run this
