What's the point of posting opening hours if shop close early? And I don't mean 5 minutes. Apparently close at 10pm. I arrived at 8.52pm and it looked like it closed way before. Very disappointed. Bad management and obviously lack of ownership.

Great store as it’s quite cheap and extremely clean. I come here regularly when it’s open. Staff are very friendly and kind. The only downside is that it’s often shut even though the opening hours are 10am to 10pm and that it says that it’s open on Google even when it’s not

Made my way down in Shepway to pick up a parcel to only discover that at 5pm the shop was shut with no information of opening hours or reason of closure. Google suggest that shop is open till late evening.

Use this as a evri parcel shop, every time I go in this place there’s a grumpy lady ) who always makes a big song and dance about taking parcels, if it’s that bad tell evri to take the machine away!!!

Took my hermes return there. The woman was very rude for no apparent reason. Hermes was dropped off but was never picked up (I checked the tracking) so I think they intentionally lost the two parcels. Poor selection of food, rude service and not trustworthy.
